Do you feel like you can never get everything done in a given day and others (at work and at home) are still asking for more?

You know that feeling when you say; "yes" to something, then immediately regret it?

In this session led by women's leadership and mindfulness expert Vanessa Loder, participants will learn a seven-step process to mindfully say no and set boundaries with ease. By sharing compelling research and humorous anecdotes, Vanessa demonstrates the importance of being proactive with your priorities and initiatives rather than getting stuck reacting to other people’s demands or requests.

By applying this formula, participants will learn how to garner even more respect from their colleagues while standing firm in their authentic values. Learning these skills will free up additional time and energy to focus on your priorities and pursue those things that really matter to you.

Audiences come away from this upbeat and high energy session with a renewed confidence in setting boundaries and enthusiasm for self care. Participants will learn:

  • The research behind invisible labor, as well as how and why to say no
  • A process to prioritize their daily activities
  • An easy way to avoid the energy drainers
  • Why they need to outsource even more
  • How to eliminate excuses and get the support you need
  • The importance of making a commitment to take action!
