Effective communication, the bedrock of a successful partnership with a childcare provider, begins at the start.

This session covers all the legal details of being an employer, including your rights and responsibilities regarding overtime pay, paid time off, sick leave, and payroll, as well as other common questions about establishing wages.  

We offer tips for establishing a work agreement, setting up nanny shares, how to ensure a fair and safe workplace and best practice for creating a positive, long-term relationship with a nanny. Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions and share concerns.
