About Ruth Simon, PhD
Dr. Simon is a clinical psychologist who practices psychotherapy and provides parenting consultations to parents of multiples. She has published and presented nationally on the topic of twinship. Her work includes a wide range of topics including twinship identity, the special challenges facing parents of twins, and how singletons relate to the twins in their lives.
A parent of twins herself, Dr. Simon approaches the topic with 30 years of professional experience as well as personal expertise. She combines a down to earth attitude with the science of psychology to provide developmentally appropriate information that remains respectful of family culture and lifestyle.
